Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. How brands pay

Each creator's price is agreed with the brand by email before the campaign goes live. We then send a GST invoice, and the brand pays it by bank transfer. We do not hold a wallet balance or take card payments on the site.

2. Cancellations

Before the creator's content goes live: you can cancel that creator and we refund the full amount you paid for them.
After the content is approved and live: the amount for that creator is not refundable.
If a creator does not deliver: we refund the amount for that creator, or replace them with your agreement.

3. How refunds are paid

We send approved refunds by bank transfer to the account that paid the invoice, within 7 business days of approval, and issue a matching credit note.

4. Disputes and contact

Write to us with your invoice number. We reply within 2 working days.
